Stanley’s Story
Our Company Philosophy
A little bit about the company’s owner and our company’s philosophy about bodyguard services and executive protection. Stanley Warrior was born and raised on the Fort Belknap Reservation in North Central Montana. His family had a military background and so he had that work ethic and discipline instilled in him from a very early age. At 18 he left home to join the military. He then become a part of the forestry service, training to be a smoke jumper. Stanley didn’t have a picture perfect career. Just as he was getting ready to begin his smoke jumping training he developed a health condition that unfortunately disqualified him from that position.
Stanley doesn’t let the world keep him down for even a minute. He’s decisive and has a vision to get to the final destination, even if there are detours along the way. Attending college in Lawrence, KS was a part of the next step. There he acquired a degree in Law Enforcement Technology. After college he was quickly hired as a part of the Fort Belknap Police Department. Stan chose to do his training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), and graduated with top honors in every category.
A few months later Stanley was offered a position with Phoenix Police Department, one of the largest departments in the country, which was something he had been working towards. He moved his family to Phoenix and continued his career in the dangerous neighborhoods of downtown Phoenix and thrived, becoming a part of VICE, as well as SWAT. With all of this training he is highly qualified to run operations of any size.
After retiring from public service Stanley made the move into private security. He attended educational programs designed to teach Executive Protection. There are big differences between public police duties (enforcing the laws by reaction to situations) and protecting private citizens with a focus on safe and strategic movement. This includes anticipating and assessing threats, having a more proactive approach to situations rather than just reacting. Stanley excels at leading teams, putting together advances and plans for moving high value assets while avoiding undesirable situations so your operation can run smoothly and safely.
Our company philosophy is about trust and communication. We believe that by training our guards and agents to the highest standard, we have a right fit for whatever your operation is. We hire and train many former military and law enforcement agents, because they have a foundation and background that shows awareness, discipline, and advanced training with weapons. We make sure communication before, during and after assignments is one of the highest priorities. Lack of communication could potentially be deadly.
We work with our clients to make sure we understand if there is an active threat and what the plan should be going forward. Our analysts develop two or three plans of action and ultimately the client decides what they are comfortable with. Agents stay in position until the threat is gone or until you feel it’s safe to stand down, months or years if necessary. Pairing the right guard with the job is also a skill we utilize.

Q&A –
- What is the difference between Law Enforcement and Private Security, and why should I hire private?
- Law Enforcement enforces the law. Typically police don’t prevent a crime from happening, they are there to respond when something is happening or in the middle of a situation to de-escalate it. They arrest citizens who are involved in the crime and then the court system sets the punishment according to the state laws. Private security guards are there to have the information necessary to anticipate a threat if it’s present, prevent entry of unwanted persons, and have a plan if there needs to be a quick and safe exit. They normally contact law enforcement for any illegal activity or crimes committed. Having a security guard present can actually prevent a crime simply because of their presence, and if the crime does happen, they can contact law enforcement quicker and be a witness to provide essential details about the crime, which is something that even a camera can’t always do. In some cases criminals don’t care if you have a camera, by the time someone responds, they’re long gone.
